Years ago, there were "Worry Stones" in nearly every gift shop we went to. It was an oval piece of semi-precious stone with a divot carved in the middle one side. You kept it in your pocket and when you were worried about something, you simply put your hand in your pocket and held the stone, rubbing the pad of your thumb into that divot. It was basically a type of fidget toy before the term was even coined.

Now you can wash away your worries with a quality soap that has such a Worry Stone embedded in the top. Use the soap as usual and eventually the bar will shrink enough that the Worry Stone can come loose. Then you can carry it in your pocket and have a discreet way to put your worries in check when they pop up.

WARNING: Do not attempt to remove the stone from the bar by force before the bar has naturally shrank down through normal use. Such may cause the stone to break. Broken edges may cause cuts/injury. Keep the Worry Stone out of reach of small children.
