Q: Where do you ship?

A: At this time, we only ship to the United States, except Alaska, Hawaii, California, or Washington state. As our business grows, we will look into options for international shipping, if there seems to be enough requests for such.

Q: Why don't you bevel the edges of your soap bars to make them look more polished and professional?

A: We leave the corners and edges of the soap mostly uncut, except for when there's a big chunk reaching out into space when it's taken out of the mold. This ensures our customers get the maximum amount of soap possible per bar. In addition, the untrimmed corners are much like those of us who live with mental health struggles. We're a little rough around the edges.

Q: Do you offer Yoni Bars?

A: No, and we never will.

No product offered by Mental Apothecary is intended to identify, diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, nor any mental health condition.

At this time, Mental Apothecary only ships to the continental United States (lower 48). However, we do not ship to California due to laws regarding allergen listings and mandatory filing fees. We are a small business and simply cannot afford to keep up with California's demand for more regulations and the fees that come with it.

We also do not ship to Washington state due to the regulations regarding the requirements of registering individual products with their state government and required recycled content of single-use plastic containers. Again, we are a small business and cannot keep up with all these product-specific regulations for a state in which we are not located or affiliated.

Return Policy

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to

Mental Apothecary within 30 days of receipt of your order.

We will work with you to return the product to us so a refund or replacement can be issued. No refunds or replacements will be issued without returning the product.

Packages lost in transit from Mental Apothecary to the customer will be investigated and replaced once total loss is verified. It is the responsibility of the customer to track the return package in the event of a return for refund/replacement.
